Visit Shirley’s 1857 Etruscan Bone and Flint Mill, 1820s beam engine, 1903 boiler at Etruria Industrial Museum. Vintage Stationary Engines on Saturday 20th September and Classic Cars and Commercial Vehicles on Sunday 21st September. Tea room, gift shop and toilets in the Visitor Centre. Artist blacksmith demonstrations in the forge. Attractive canal side location in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent. Entrance to Rally, Museum and Mill FREE for Heritage Open Days. Donations Welcome. Guided tours subject to availability. As part of Stoke-on-Trent's Centenary Celebrations, the "Power of the Potteries" Exhibition will continue throughout the weekend. The site includes Shirley's Bone and Flint Mill dating from 1857 and the junction of the Trent and Mersey and Caldon Canals and associated buildings and structures dating from the 1770s. Limited access to the mill for those with mobility difficulties.
