Creating the Caldon Canal

Join the Potteries Heritage Society in exploring the origins of the Caldon Canal, the people who built it and the challenges that they faced. The walk is part of the Etruria Canals Festival and the celebrations marking 50 years since the Caldon was restored and reopened. Starting from outside the Etruria Industrial Museum visitor centre at 3pm, Andy Perkin will lead the 2-hour walk which will cover a distance of about two and a half miles with frequent stops.
