Behind Sainsbury's Stoke, Boothen Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4AH

Come and explore the Brilliant Bamboo Parklet in Stoke, a green and creative space with a fascinating industrial past. Long before the bamboo arrived, this site formed part of Stoke-on-Trent’s pottery story. It was once home to George Jones and Sons and Trent / Crescent Potteries. Generations of people worked in and around the buildings that once stood here. For Heritage Open Days, we’re opening the Parklet and particularly want to hear from people who remember the site as it used to be.
